Extract No3. Christianity is a virus

The Catholic Church is one of the most corrupt religions ever to be found in human history. Nothing compares quite like it. Call it what you will – a church is a church and in every church there is a priest who lies to the people in the pews through the invention of moral absurdities which do not touch reality at any point. It is for a reason that the last 1000 or so years as been aptly named ‘The Dark Ages’. The Catholic church continues to spread its infection on an unsuspecting public whilst those who refuse to be credulous look on in amazement at the rift that marks the species and separates the drones from the thinkers.

Diogenes Laertius held the opinion that all religion is born of fear. I too hold that opinion.

Extract on Liverpool evangelist:

Be a winner not a sinner – believe in Jesus and don`t be shallow – I`m not shallow like some people – there is crime on our streets and Jesus will eradicate it – Liverpool must become a Christian society – Jesus is love, the light and the way and all other religions will decieve you – if you don`t have Jesus in your life then you are a loser…

This professional nihilist and world-denier goes on like this in trembling and excited bingo-fashion to make crooked what is straight. And according to him if you don`t believe in Jesus Christ it implies you lack meaning in your life. Christianity is the biggest presumption there is. He is a sick man. He taps his foot on the ground and shakes his hands about like a deranged nervous mad man. He believes wholeheartedly that Christianity is the elixir of life; the antidote to all ills and evils; that the belief in Christ can rectify all the worlds problems. He believes that Christmas is for Christ and denies that Christianity stole Christmas from the pagans! This guy is no philosopher or historian ; he is a parasite and the police look upon him with reverence and though they may smile at him or even with him and bless him they will never bring themselves against bad taste and move the bugger on or at least arrest him for breach of the peace – that would be distastefull. Oh but what a sly and wicked man he is and his neighbour – the trumpet player – who is 100% Christian loving kindness and yet would not think twice about stabbing a knife in the heart of unbelievers.

As an atheist/humanist/agnostic the police are keeping a very close eye on me. There is an opinion that we unbelievers are the scum of the earth, have no morals, and bait up trouble. Well the law is an ass and I would happily break the law for the love of humanity and for the love of life and for the love of my destiny amor fati!. The police don`t like me and my atheist views and I have been arrested – yes I have been arrested for public disorder! And all because I refute Christianity. I believe Christianity is immoral, offensive, pernicious, dangerous and cursed.

The word on the street is that atheists must saty at home and not rock the boat – not tell the truth. Liverpool is steeped in English Christianity – psalm singing and praying and other such things. These Christians would rather pray and pray and pray and pray more and think that prayer is something that gets things done. Prayer never achieved a thing! The trumpet player I mentioned earlier who attacked me, believes he has seen miracles and that is all the proof he needs and I am a piece of shit and a bastard and evil and I should be killed, according to this peace loving and compassionate Christian. In all my years of talking and listening to Christians I have not once met a Christian who praises inteligence; everyone one of them have been anti-intellectual. Every Christian I have met has subjectively, objectively, historically stood truth on its head; refuted it….it does not bring them comfort but who said there was any harmony or happiness connected with the furtherance of truth?

No. The Christian lies. Every word is a fabrication; an attempt to twist the truth and make it what it is not and what it has never been. The rhetoric of the Christian which he has picked up from this book called the bible – the old testament and the new testament as one book for all is the biggest literary fraud that was ever devised. And worse is not to know Christian history – not to know who`s hands these books fell into – not to know that all religions are myths and make-believe and for all this to be presented to our enquiring and enlightened minds and still refute it!! – is surely the recipe for madness and to let the curse of everything subjective – to let everything fall before faith – faith in God. That to me is mental disorder. Madness. Insanity.

And just what do these madmen want the world to be like? Like them, of course! The whole world as a madhouse! The whole world as a hospital. The whole world steeped in meekness and wretched bigotry. The whole of humanity sucked dry and robbed of its essence. To quote Mikhail Alexandrovic Bakunin:

“The idea of God implies the abdication of human reason and justice; it is the most decisive negation of human liberty and necessarily ends in the enslavement of mankind both in theory and practice. He who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.”

What is evil? Whatever springs from weakness. Christianity is for the botched and weak. Christianity is a sickness!

The Last Men

Whilst doing some shopping today on my way to Tescos I bumped into about 8 old men and women. They were Christians. They had one of those placards which was written some quote from the bible…something about sin and hell. I approached one of them and told them that the quote they are using was taken from one of Paul`s fake letters.

Straight away he said that “Jesus loves you”. I said, “Did you not hear what I just said: Paul`s letters about 7 of them are considered fake by many historians, theologians and biblical experts.”. He looked at me with a look that could kill and then he completely ignored me and proceeded to preach to the passers-by. I re-approached him a second time and he avoided me. I approached a woman instead who was about 60-70 years old. I asked her “Have you read the Gospel of Mary Magdalene or the Gospel of Judas?” she replied “You are going to hell” and then I said “But your friend over there just said Jesus loves me, why would he send me to hell?”. Another guy intervened and he gave me his leaflet and he asked me “Have you read the bible?” I said “Yes, I have studied it and I know quite a few inconsistencies, lies and fabrications”. Just as he was about to speak I cut in very quickly and I told him that there are no original copies of the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are pseudipigraphic and are written in the Midrashic tradition; they are titled “according to”. The earliest manuscript dates from the fourth century only. The bible was redited, revised, translated and re-written by Church propagandists in order to deny any inconsistencies in the face of criticism. I went on and on really about the Catholic church and I touched upon the Essenes and the Jesus of the Talmud and the Cult of Horus and Mithra. I was of course, wasting my time. It was as if everything I said and explained was like water of a duck`s back. Talk about a glazed expression over the eyes! These old-timers are entrenched in their own indoctrination. I reckon not one of them has even seen a computer. I bet none of them have asked themselves honestly whether what they believe in they believe in because they want to believe it or they have been indoctrinated by it; persuaded and seduced by it. Whether they are just part of those generations who were brought up with it because it was the community done thing. English Christianity is for the old; it is a dying synchretism of religion. Young people will be indoctrinated with its morality and its story and the picture of Jesus who “forgives” and has “mercy” and the saga of the crucifixtion and how aweful and shameful it all is and then rebel against it. Sure the young are nihilistic but their kind of nihilism is better than the nihilism of Christianity. I`d rather have a thousand natural vices then one unatural virtue [I think Oscar Wilde said that].

Friedrich Nietzsche once said “Life is not about virtue, but about fitness” and how right he is. Christianity has survived this long and thsoe virtues Jews of Old Judaism – didn`t they just perish very quickly!

Anyway I had some support today from a yound girl who I thouht was about to wallop me. She joined with me. And went up to one of the Christians and asked them a few questions. She came back to me furious and they told her that she is going to hell. She might join my AtheistEmpire group in June sometime. She told me the story when her grandfather died he insisted that no religious ceremony take place. He was against religion. Apparently, the church found this unsettling and the family [Church go-ers every Sunday] was excomunicated from their local parish. She was angered. She also told me of an episode where her little brother had come home from school with an idea that her sister should pray to Jesus. She replied “Why don`t you pray to Mary Magdalene?” to which his reply was “You are not welcome in this house”.

Religious “faith” makes stupid.

I find the words ‘open’ ‘honest’ and ‘faith’ to be some kind of comedy that would make even Shakespeare die of laughter. The commandment ‘love thy neighbour’ is not exclusive to Christianity – it was not even Jesus`s teaching – it came from the teachings of Lao Tzu and Confucius which were brought to the libraries of Alexandria as Jewish pagan centre for learning. Subsequently the library was burnt down by Christians – thousands of books were burnt, teachings lost but those Christians knew what they were doing when they burnt that library -it was all part of the big plan.

Jesus was a mythical pagan figure brought to the Jews. The Jews already had Joshua their messiah but Judaism was clearly dieing on its knees as Judea, Palestine and Jerusalem became more and more Hellenised. With the help of St. Paul of Tarsus [incidently a place of paganism and Greek learning] Paul brought the element of the Logos into Gnostic Christianity [I might add that Paul probably never existed was used as a set up character penned from the works of Josephus who mentions a Saul of Tarsus going round persecuting some religious nuts] . The Christ [Christos in Greek] was set up as a mythical figure encoded with secret messages just like that of the cult of Dionysus, Horus and Osiris who incidently in the case of Dionysus was born from Semele a virgin mother, in the case of Horus born from the virgin womb of Isis, Dionysus-Osiris was killed by authorities similar in status to Roman viceroy Pontius Pilate, and in the case of Dionysus-Osiris was crucified for the forgiveness of sins of the community, risen from the dead and performed miracles.

 All this info is compelling to me to say the least but stupidity and arrogance is rife and many of the adherents of our precious religions continue to be umoved by this info and simply refute it on the grounds that it is inconsistent with their accursed subjective viewpoint. Historical information means nothing to these parasites of humanity. Grow and learn and and “the truth will set you free” but if you don`t learn you won`t grow. Common sense if you ask me.

Freidrich Nietzsche once quoted “faith” means the will to avoid knowing what is true” and how right he is!
 

Christian Gospel Groups

Didn` get round to doing the pasting table thing but I did manage to hand out a few leaflets. There were a Christian gospel group already there when I arrived – lucky me!

                                          

Now I know you shouldn`t judge people on their looks but often I have wondered why so many Christians are unhealthy. All of the Gospel Christians there today were the most odd looking people I have ever seen – black teeth, glazed-over eyes. Most of them had some kind of physical symptom. They had pot-bellies. One guy was so thin and pale; he was wasting away! They couldn`t even talk properly; couldn`t hold any kind of meaningful conversation. They stood on the spot drained of all vitality and life. They started dancing rather pathetically in the street to their gospel rap outpouring; it was bizaare!

Young people crowded around these Christians but they were obviously taking the mickie out of them. One of their leaders – pale, thin, gaunt and lacking in vitality approached a group of goths and pronounced he had seen heaven and Jesus. He was met with a barrage of laughter and insults. Then I shouted “No historical evidence for Jesus Christ….Jesus never existed….Christianity: a false piety!” and they came running to me saying “hey, that guy over there says he has seen heaven and we are all laughing at him”.

 This Gospel Christian group is probably my main opposition. They come out to the city centre almost every Saturday and they never fail to bring their speakers and microphones with them. You should hear some of the things they were singing: “Jesus wants your body….he is alive today…..blah blah blah” and  a few words about some “light”, a “sacrifice” and “the bible”.

 My leaflets consisted of 7 points showing historical information about the Christian religion – how they managed to pen their God from the remnants of other pagan cults. It mentioned the bible and how they were written in the Midrashic style and I mentioned all the inconsistencies, the fabrications, the lies and whatever else doesn`t match up. I mentioned the Essenes, the Nazaroi, and Yeishu ben Ha-Notzri and many others.  I gave a leaflet to one of the Christians there and five minutes later he came to me telling me I am going to hell and that this is the work of the devil. He proceeded further by screwing up the leaflet and giving it me back.

 The fun lasted for 20 minutes by then I had ran out of leaflets to give out. I just left and headed for home.

Carrying Out Plans

Got off to a slow start this morning but eventually I managed to draw up my plans for the AtheistEmpire manifesto. I also managed at the last minute to type up a leaflet complete with picture to hand out onto the street. The AtheistEmpire doesn`t have a logo at the moment but I have found something in my photobucket account that may be of some use to me and here it is:

I was also thinking about using the Liverbird logo and instead using a different colour, maybe blue. As is most things in dear old Blighty there are these laws that dictate what I can and cannot do with regards to all this atheism stuff. The first thing I need to do is to get permission from the council to put up my pasting table and put on it a few visual images – the images must not be of a sexual nature nor must it offend anyone. (If I want to refute a certain religion how can I not avoid offending anyone? This is one example of how our laws make innocent people into criminals.) In this country you can say what you like as long as it doesn`t offend oh and it is okay for hell and damnation Christians to weild their bloodthirsty axes at us ‘sinners’ but won`t be tide some atheist with a will to refute the Christian religion! So I thought I will use the most inoffensive language I can think of to refute this religion. Considering that people usually take note of pictures as well as words I wanted to use images that would shock but not in an offensive way – this is the hardest part.

I needed permission to do all this but what I found was that the council of Liverpool is made up of Christians, Catholics and other people of differing faiths and what`s the bet that they will make an emphatic “No” to my atheist venture? – a 98% chance, I reckon. So I haven`t sent this application form into the council as yet.
